EnvyTan has a zero tolerance policy for spam.

Spam Definition

We define any unwanted email as spam. If the recipient of email message is receiving an undesired message we consider this as spam.

Spam Guidelines

EnvyTan follows the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines regarding the procedures that protect users from unwanted emails.

Unsubscribe/Opt-Out Procedure

Any email recipient can, at anytime, opt-out permanently from receiving future messages from that sender by simply clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button listed at the bottom of every EnvyTan email, or by calling 866 ENVYTAN or 866-368-9826.
