EnvyTan’s Return Philosophy
All of our products have extensive online descriptions. Please view these descriptions prior to placing your order. Should you have any questions, our professional spray tanning pros will be happy to answer them for you. All of our new and existing customers should take advantage of this valuable resource before placing their orders. Our spray tanning pros will be able to quickly assist you and give you guidance to avoid potentially ordering the wrong product.
In the unlikely case that there is a flaw with a product that we delivered, the customer has the option of having the spray tanning product replaced in a timely manner at no additional cost, or of receiving a product refund or EnvyStore credit.
EnvyTan makes all efforts to insure safe delivery of your products. Should a product arrive to your location damaged, please take a picture with your camera or cell phone so that we may work with our shipping carriers to resolve the matter promptly. The picture should include the damaged product as well as the packaging it was received in. This will speed up the redelivery of your replacement product, as well as allow us to be able to notify the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex) of any potential problems with handling on their end.
EnvyTan, Inc. does not offer refunds on merchandise due to a change of mind after the purchase and delivery of a product. For example, if you purchase a tanning machine and then decide to remove spray tanning from your salon; that would not qualify for a return. Additionally, EnvyTan does not offer refunds for solution where a customer tries a product and is not happy. Our solution has enjoyed worldwide success, but no one solution will make all customers happy. That said, we always recommend ordering a sampler kit of our solution or our Sunless Secrets line before investing in larger quantities to make sure that you will be happy. We do this to protect everyone involved.
EnvyTan’s Return Instructions
All requests for returns and refunds must be submitted within seven business days of the date of the receipt of the package. Requests for refunds and returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of your package. All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the shipping of these items are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product. Please note: Refunds can take up to five business days to post to your credit card.
Should you need to return an EnvyTan product, please contact us at 866 ENVYTAN (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST) for an RMA number. All accepted returns must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given to you by a Spray Tan Pro at EnvyTan. This number must be given prior to returning any product and must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. Should this code not be visible, EnvyTan will return this package to the sender, unopened.

Sunless Secrets Product Line
EnvyTan's Sunless Secrets Product line has enjoyed the same worldwide success that our solution has. For health and safety reasons, EnvyTan does not accept returns on any cosmetic products; this includes spray tanning solutions and the entire Sunless Secrets Professional Product line. EnvyTan offers a sample kit that may be purchased before ordering these professional products in larger quantities. This sampler kit is called Tempted: Sunless Secrets Sampler Kit and is available for only $35. This allows you to try our products before investing in larger quantities. We always recommend that customers order at least a single unit of the product to try before investing in wholesale quantities of the Sunless Secrets line. We know that you will absolutely love our products, but this is just a good idea anytime that you are trying new products for yourself or for your business.
Spray Tanning Solution
EnvyTan spray tanning solution has enjoyed tremendous success in the spray tanning industry. All sunless tanning solution, by its very nature, has different results on different skin types, and when different application processes are used. Every client has different preferences for solution performance and color results. We have made every effort to make it extremely affordable to sample our EnvyTan spray tanning solution. We encourage anyone who is trying our solution for the first time to purchase our Interested: Envy Solution Sampler Kit, which is available for only $35. This fantastic kit includes 4-8 oz bottles of solution, and may be purchased 3 ways. You may try the Envy Temptations Kit, which contains an 8 oz bottle of each of the 5%, 8%, 10% and 12% solution strengths. You may try the Envy Addict Kit, which contains an 8 oz bottle of each of the 5%, 8%, 10% and 12% solution strengths. Finally, you may order the Split Kit, which will allow you to try both a lighter and darker solution from both sides of our EnvyTan spray tanning solution lines. Please note, we do not offer refunds, or store credits to customers who are sampling the solution. This is a cost of doing business. You have to sample solutions to decide which solutions are correct for you and your customer base.
Please do not order gallons of solution without trying our product first, as this will not qualify for a return or store credit. You must do your research when deciding on spray tanning solution, and we have created the Interested: Envy Solution Sampler Kit to help you do that. Try our solutions and fall in love. We know you will be more than happy, but this is just another way that EnvyTan keeps our customers happy.
The T100 and the T500 both come with a full 6-month warranty on all parts. Our TC3 and T700 automatically come with a full 1-year warranty on all parts. Warranties for spray tanning machines will, of course, be honored for the full length of the guarantee associated with that particular product. The guarantee is for any defects in manufacturer quality or workmanship.
Customers who purchase the T100, T500, T700, or the TC3 must take into account the noise-level requirements of their intended workspace, as returns due to higher-than-expected noise levels will not be honored. You should know and consider your specific workspace prior to making any purchases. Salons who require a very quiet HVLP unit, should only consider the TC3: The Show Stealer for their particular location. Customers will need to be realistic about purchasing the correct machine for their application, as customers who purchase a T100 to try to save money up front and who burn the motor out in three months will not be able to return the T100 for a refund. Each piece of equipment has a little counter on the inside which lets Apollo know how many hours are on each item, so please be mindful of this if you are using the wrong piece of equipment for your business needs. Each one of these pieces of equipment has enjoyed over 15 years of success in this industry, but you must purchase the equipment that is right for your application.
Any repairs will have to be sent directly to the Apollo manufacturing plant at the address below. Shipping and handling will be paid by the customer, not by EnvyTan. Apollo equipment is world recognized as a leader in its class, so this will likely never be an issue for 99.9% of our customers. In the unlikely event that you have an equipment malfunction, please contact us at 866 ENVYTAN to discuss troubleshooting options, and to arrange for repairs. We will speak with Apollo and manage the repair process for you to expedite your equipment return. Do not simply send your equipment in without calling us first. Professional Tools and Supplies
Customers who are purchasing client disposables have the option of purchasing them in a sampler kit prior to purchasing them in their full-size quantities. Our Intrigued: Envy Disposables Sampler Kit is available for only $15. Client disposables are one size fits most. As EnvyTan has a sampler product kit for these disposables, EnvyTan does not accept returns on these products unless there is a flaw with them.
All apparel such as the Wrap Party: Client Drying Robe, and Trendy: Tanning Technician Uniform, have a sizing chart located under the descriptions tab of each of these products. These items may only be returned if the tags are still attached, and they will be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Spray Tanning Training Materials
There are a few items that are sent to you electronically, such as eBooks (Aka...Electronic Books). These products cannot be returned after they are downloaded or sent to your email address. If you have lost your copy, or are unable to retrieve this item from your email, simply let us know and we will be more than happy to resend it. Refunds will not be given due to the fact that these products are not in print. You have the option of printing these materials on your own, should you choose to do so. EnvyTan does everything that it can to respect the environment and as such, has chosen to offer these products in an environmentally responsible way. You will not receive a physical product, but rather an instant email containing your electronic books. This is an excellent way to insure that our customers receive their products immediately, and that EnvyTan operates in an environmentally friendly way. We hope that you understand and respect our choice to not print materials that can be sent out electronically.
