Why lose business when you don't have to? How much would it cost you to be without your spray tanning equipment for a week? Let's assume that you spray only one person a day, at a cost of $30 per spray tan, and you are without equipment for a minimum of one business week, you could lose up to $150, and that doesn't include tips. Of course, most professional spray tanning artists spray a minimum of 5-20 clients per day, so your cost would actually be much higher than that. We will ship our Envy Loaner equipment to you for as little as $50 so that you don't have to miss any opportunities to make money with your spray tanning business. Take advantage of EnvyTan's Loaner Program. It's just another way that we strive to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

EnvyTan's equipment loaner program is designed to provide working equipment, in a timely manner, to customers who are actively engaged in a current repair for their HVLP spray tanning equipment with the manufacturer. This is a courtesy loaner program only, and in no way is EnvyTan obligated to provide this service to our customers. We provide this option to our customers so that they have a choice of having loaner equipment brought in, at their expense, to use during the course of repairs only. The customer must return the equipment to EnvyTan in the same working order in which it was loaned to them. If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during the course of the loaner period, the customer will pay EnvyTan's cost to replace the HVLP spray tanning equipment and ship a new unit to EnvyTan.

Please note that EnvyTan is not responsible for any shipping/repair fees for the loaner equipment under this program, and that this is a customer service feature that only EnvyTan offers to its customers. The equipment loaner program is only available to customers who purchased their equipment directly from EnvyTan, Inc., and whose equipment is still under manufacturer's warranty. EnvyTan only ships out the T100 HVLP Equipment unit, regardless of your original unit purchased, to minimize shipping fees to our customers. You must use UPS or Fed Ex to return our loaner equipment to EnvyTan's headquarters.

Our EnvyTan Customers will have the ability to choose the shipment level of service that best suits their needs.  Program Costs are as follows:

Customers' Expedited Shipping Choice

Ground (3-5 Business Days): $50+ $300 Refundable Deposit.* Total: $350

2nd Day Air (2 Business Days): $85+ $300 Refundable Deposit.*   Total: $385

Next Day Air (Next Business Day): $115+$300 Refundable Deposit.*   Total: $415

*The $300 security deposit is returned to the customer once our EnvyTan loaner equipment is returned to our headquarters and checked in in good order.

Please note that your equipment must be in the process of a repair at the time that EnvyTan agrees to ship out loaner equipment. You will need to provide us with the following:

1. You will need to sign and fax our Equipment Loaner Contract, saying that you accept the terms of this agreement and that you will care for and return the loaner equipment. This document will be emailed to you when you contact one of EnvyTan Spray Tan Pro’s at 866 ENVYTAN or 866-368-9826 to facilitate the repair of your equipment.
2. You will need to provide an active tracking number with either UPS or FedEx to demonstrate that your original equipment is on the way to Apollo for repair, or is already at Apollo World Headquarters for repair.
