Exception #1:
EnvyTan will be closed for phone support and package fulfillment on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. All orders placed by or before 2PM EST Friday, May 24 will be shipped out on Friday, May 24. All orders received after 2PM EST Friday, May 24 and through Monday, May 27, will be shipped out promptly when we are open again on Tuesday, May 28.

Exception #2:
We will then close on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 to shoot entirely new product videos and YouTube clips.

All orders placed by or before 2PM EST Wednesday, May 29 will be shipped out on Wednesday, May 29. All orders received after 2PM EST Wednesday, May 29 and through Monday, June 3 will be shipped out promptly when we're open again on Monday, June 3.

Normal Hours of Operation (Monday-Friday):

EnvyTan is owned and operated by Professional Spray Tanning Artists. We do not outsource our calls to a call center, and any time that you speak with anyone here at EnvyTan, you may rest assured that you are speaking with an EnvyTan Spray Tanning Artist. This is important not only to our company mission, but to our customers as well. We know that the only way to truly answer your questions is by having our phones answered by people who run their own spray tanning businesses. They have been there, seen it, and are current Spray Tanning Artists who can handle anything that you are calling about.

We have spent over a decade developing all of the tools on our website so that our customers may learn about spray tanning at their convenience, and so that we may always maintain the freedom to be present in our spray tanning business endeavors. If you have a question about getting started in spray tanning,  we promise, it is answered on our website. If you just don't know where to begin, we always recommend spending a little time on our Spray Tan Tools page. However, there are some customers who just prefer to speak with someone, and we understand that. We make our artists available to you for 20 hours per week to help you get going, or to help you expand your spray tanning business. 

Our Spray Tanning Artists are available to take your calls from 11AM-3PM Monday-Friday. When we are not answering your calls, emails, or social network questions, we are always involved in product development, testing, spray tanning our customers, and developing relationships that will bring you better products, and the latest in spray tanning. With that in mind, you might have to be somewhat patient if you are calling to ask questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding so that we may always bring the very best to our EnvyTan customers around the world. 

EnvyTan’s Team of Professional Spray Tanning Pros are available to assist you, Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM EST at 866 ENVYTAN or 866-368-9826.

*Please understand that you may have to leave a message when calling during these hours. We always spend whatever amount of time is necessary to properly take care of each of our customers. We will deliver this same level of customer service when we return your call. All messages received from 11AM-3PM EST will be returned within 2 hours during our available phone operating hours (11AM-3PM EST M-F). If you are calling after 2:30, you may have to leave a message as we will likely be on a call with a client until 3PM. Your message will be returned promptly at 11AM, the next business day. Messages left on Friday evening after close, and over the weekend, will be returned promptly on Monday morning at 11AM.

Weekend Hours:

Please note that we are closed for shipping and phone support on Saturdays and Sundays so that our team members have time to spend developing their spray tanning businesses, with their families, and getting some R+R to be able to serve you best during our Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM EST operating hours.
